Inspira Health is a healthcare network that operates over 200 locations throughout South Jersey. When the organization sought to tackle the challenge of attracting talented medical professionals to the region, they partnered with Five Five Collective on their recruitment campaign. Our goal was to showcase everything that makes Inspira Health a great place to work—and South Jersey a great place to call home—through a physical video brochure that would make a lasting impression.
A heartfelt welcome from Inspira’s leadership was a must-have, so we decided to film them on the roof of Inspira’s newest and largest medical center to grab the attention of any healthcare professional watching from the very start.
During the seven day on-location shoot, Five Five Collective captured footage focusing on Inspira’s footprint across South Jersey, and nine unscripted interviews highlighting the human side of the health network.
The finished work was optimized for physical delivery as a mailable video brochure and split into shorter versions to be used on Inspira's social media platforms, ensuring that the video series reached as many people as possible. Five Five Collective also delivered a video library of nearly 400 clips for Inspira’s future use.
